Jordan Sampson Bio

Jordan Sampson is a multi-disciplinary artist, primarily in the realms of sound, visuals, and creative semantics.

His use of digital composites and abstract gestural techniques comprises his growing visual style. Combining long-exposure photography with digital layering techniques, as well as utilization of specialty lenses to bend the light source through the lens, his compositions take on a form blending both the natural world and juxtaposing perspectives made possible by digital compositing.

His primary physical tools are Panasonic mirrorless cameras, Canon DSLR cameras, and Huion graphics tablets. The software tools he uses for his visual art process are primarily Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, as well as many open-source projects with specialized innovations, such as RawTherapee, Inkscape, and Krita.

His collection of work is ever-evolving and improving, but he has been active in this style of art since 2016.
